"I was on the hunt for a new farrier after continuously being let down by mine, I was beginning to wonder if a reliable, professional and GOOD farrier actually existed! I found Jake via his Facebook page, and after reading recommendations decided to contact him. Straight away he was very easy to contact (what a novelty for farriers!) and very helpful. He asked all about my boy and his feet and got his history, preparing well to do a good job from the start. Ever since he's been fantastic. My boy went from constantly losing shoes and his fronts only lasting 4 weeks to going 5 weeks in the first shoeing with no lost shoes and his feet looking amazing! The clenches weren't even rising! He's been easy to book in every time, always on time and if he's ever running late you can be sure he will text you to inform you so you aren't waiting around for him. He's been amazing with my horse who can be a bit tricky and listened to my advice when it came to shoeing him and took his time, showing he genuinely cared about doing it correctly and a good job! All in all I am so happy I changed, and would have absolutely no regrets about recommending him to anyone else!"
